Job Search Mindset 2.0
Before you start pounding the pavement (or, more likely, scrolling through job boards at 2 a.m.), you need to get your mindset right. A lot of people jump straight into writing their CV without taking a moment to really think about why they want a new job and what they hope to get out of it.
Why are you really looking for a new job?
Maybe it’s because you’re stuck in a rut, or you’ve had it up to here with your current boss. Maybe you want more money, better work-life balance, or a chance to chase something new and exciting. Or, maybe you’re simply in a position where you need a paycheck—like, yesterday. Whatever it is, you need to define your "why" before you even start searching.
